INNOTEK is the innovative division of Mehrabyan & Sons, aimed at developing modern and efficient solutions in the construction industry. We offer not only high-quality construction materials but also tools and conditions to facilitate professionals’ work and support their professional growth.

Mehrabyan & Sons has over 19 years of experience, dating back to 2006 when the company was known in the market under the “Tsiatsan” brand. Throughout these years, our goal has consistently been to offer solutions that meet the current demands of the construction sector and to build a culture of long-term cooperation based on trust, quality, and responsibility. This is proven by our ongoing mutually beneficial partnerships with over 1,500 partners.

We have created a business model where product quality and professional respect go hand in hand. Our team comprises over 400 skilled professionals who contribute their expertise daily, shaping the standards of the industry.

The INNOTEK brand was launched in 2024 as a response to new market challenges. On May 22, we opened our new factory, introducing the INNOTEK A60 and INNOTEK A90 tile adhesives to the market, both certified according to European quality standards.
 

In 2025, we launched a new styrofoam production facility equipped with modern technologies and in compliance with international quality standards. This investment marks an important step in forming a complete chain of construction solutions—ensuring access to high-quality local raw materials and contributing to economic development.
 

 

Among our innovative solutions, INNOTEK also offers mobile silo systems with full tooling and technical support. These systems are designed for the storage and automated supply of dry mortars, improving organization on construction sites and significantly reducing time and material waste. The use of mobile silos greatly enhances productivity and modernizes construction workflows.
 

INNOTEK also provides topping surface preparation services as another stage in its comprehensive construction solutions. These surfaces are known for their durability, impact resistance, practicality, and ease of maintenance—ideal for high-traffic and heavy-load areas.
 

In addition to our own brands, we are the official representative in Armenia of several global brands, including TOTAL, DYLLU, APECS, M-TEC, STIREX, DISTAR, KALETA, and OLEINIK.
 

For more than 10 years, the company "Mehrabyan and Sons" has been offering high-quality door accessories in the Armenian market: handles, valves, locks, and many other products.

Over the years, we have become the official and sole representative of a number of leading international brands in Armenia:  Apecs, Avers, Vanger, Code Deco, Guardian,  Aksel, Abus, Border, Mottura, Dorma, Kerry, etc.
