Our company, with an 19-year history, operates in the construction sector, providing high-quality products and services to its customers.

Founded on May 2, 2006, "Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" has earned a trusted name in the market today.

With more than 400 qualified employees, our team is the foundation of the company's operations. We prioritize the well-being and professional growth of our team by ensuring optimal working conditions and opportunities for continuous development.

In 2009, we launched a large-scale program of expansion and modernization, and today, thanks to dynamic development, we proudly stand among industry leaders, making a significant contribution as a major taxpayer.

"Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" is well-known in the market under its "Tsiatsan" brand, offering a wide range of dry construction mixes, tile adhesives, paints, pigments, and construction chemicals to consumers.

Focusing on consumer convenience and the policy of offering the best deals, the company committed in 2018 to officially represent the "Apecs" brand of door hardware and accessories in Armenia.

Expanding its business directions, since 2019 we have provided Armenian consumers with over 3,000 items from the globally renowned "TOTAL" brand, a manufacturer of electric, battery-powered, gardening tools, consumables, and spare parts. "Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" has been the official representative of the brand in Armenia for 5 years.

Continuing our successful journey, since 2013 we have started exporting our products to neighboring countries such as Georgia, the Russian Federation, and Belarus. To facilitate our activities in the Georgian market, we established a subsidiary company "Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" there. Today, we can confidently state that the company is steadily strengthening its position in the export market.

Emphasizing the company's multi-profile approach to development, it should be noted that we are a leader in the Armenian market in concrete and mechanized construction work.

Recognizing the importance of accessible mechanized construction work in Armenia, the company signed an official partnership agreement in 2024 with globally renowned brands "M-tec" and "Stirex" and now also offers services for the purchase and rental of plastering machines.

In 2024, we began implementing two major projects to further establish our path to becoming a dominant leader in the construction materials and tools market:

**Brand "INNOTEK":** A New Business Sector. On May 22, 2024, the "INNOTEK" brand – a new business sector of "Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" – was presented, including a factory opening ceremony, digital platform launch, and presentation of innovative solutions for construction works. Currently, "INNOTEK" is represented in the market with a range of high-quality, European-certified tile adhesives – A60 and A90.

**Brand "DYLLU":** A New Name in the Tool Market. Based on extensive experience in the tool market, in 2024, a decision was made to add another brand to the company's portfolio. With a more flexible pricing policy, it aims to conquer new horizons in the tool market and offer more attractive prices to the end consumer.

 

In addition to these large-scale projects, official partnership agreements have also been signed with global brands such as "DISTAR," "KALETA," "BIHUI," and "OLEJNIK," providing extensive opportunities to fully meet consumer professional needs.
