On September 10, the official opening ceremony of "TOTAL Centre" took place in Etchmiadzin.

The 700m² showroom is equipped with the widest range of construction, household, and gardening tools from the brand.

During the ceremony, the totalservice.am website was introduced. With every device or tool purchased at "TOTAL" branches and shop-in-shop pavilions, the warranty certificate will be stored on the totalservice.am website.

"Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" LLC continues to expand its service centers. "TOTAL Centre Etchmiadzin" is the company's 3rd service center. Any "TOTAL" brand tool purchased at branches or shop-in-shop pavilions can be brought to the service center, where our specialists will repair the tool, and the repair history will be available on your account on the totalservice.am website.

"Mehrabyan ev Vordiner" considers the development of an educational element in its field of activity important, so the operating center in Etchmiadzin will also implement educational programs for craftsmen, students, and sales consultants.

Course participants will get acquainted with the "TOTAL" brand, learn the features and usage rules of battery-powered, electric, and hand tools, as well as how to use the "TOTAL" online platform.

The center will also offer sales consultant training courses, teaching the basics of B2B and B2C sales, customer service and sales skills, and tool usage guidelines.

Additionally, training sessions for craftsmen will be held, during which students will study the application areas and operational rules of tools.
